  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Order cancellation is possible before the shipping process begins. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once the shipping process starts, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Can I return a product?

  • What situations are covered under the warranty?
    The warranty covers defects or malfunctions due to factory defects or material issues. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, external interference, or cosmetic damage. Please refer to the EstoReMeet Warranty Policy for more details.
  • When will my products be delivered?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies based on your selected shipping method and ranges from 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • What should I do if my product is defective?
    If your product is defective, the process will be handled according to our EstoReMeet Warranty Policy. Please contact us at support@estoremeet.com with the product details and order number to report the issue.
  • Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
    Yes, you can enter your delivery address during checkout. If you need to change the address after completing your order, please contact us via SMS at +1 (305) 367-8580.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future, so please stay tuned.
